You can see the changes in the Structure Panel, view them on-screen in contrasting colors, and keep the entities you select while automatically discarding the others. This tool scans two versions of a drawing and rapidly compares the history of all graphical entities. dwg technology in 35 years, BricsCAD V18 uses a next-generation repository approach to enable blazingly fast Drawing Comparewith Visual Merge capabilities. With BricsCAD, it’s all about performance Want to find all zero-length lines in your drawing? Looking for entities at extreme coordinates? Want to find blocks inserted above or below the WCS? The Structure Panel makes this possible, simply.ĭo you work with a lot of layouts? The BricsCAD V18 Layout Managermakes it easy to add, delete, activate, find or re-arrange your drawing layouts. I, myself, am no expert in block creation and all sort of way with dimension and dimensional equations but this is what is lacking in BricsCad.With BricsCAD, it’s all about you and your user experience. You see, starting from scratch may be even a good idea but I have old projects to revise and hoped that some solutions could help make them acceptable in BricsCad as they go "wacky" if I open them in BricsCad (Constrain Parameter, in AutoCad, I believe is what it is called). Įven bigger problem is projects that are coming back from a few years ago to be revised with the same blocks, this time modifying them in BricsCad! The dynamic blocks I have posted have lists for available sizes so as I stretch them I am able to get the correct size and web thickness but having dimensional parameter constrains.īut the biggest problem I am facing is the use of these blocks in multiple visibilities instead (your example) of having to each time generate them then hatch and desired layer, so on. I did come across the files you posted couple of months ago.
